Both Dave Ramsey (www.daveramsey.com) and I reccommend adding beans, as well as stuff for flavor. Gives it a more complete protein balance. It does present a (gas) problem for some people though.

All in all, a great idea. Behavior is 80% of finances.

I've always heard "white" is stripped of it's nutritious value. Wouldn't brown or wild rice be assimilated by our bodies in a different way, and therefore add more fiber & nutrients?

Yes, brown or unprocessed rice is very good for you. However, because it still contains oils and such, it doesn't last as long (you have to buy a smaller bag). Also, it has a very strong flavor so it doesn't go with as many things as white rice does. Anyway, for those of us who take a multi-vitamin everyday, we don't need to worry so much about this difference.

And a few words about the structure of the eye . Everyone " retina ". Especially often we hear it buy clomid online in the phrase " retinal detachment ." So what is the retina ? This - the front edge of the brain, the most distant from the brain part of the visual analyzer. The retina receives light first , processes and transforms light energy into irritation - a signal that encodes all the information about what the eye sees . The retina is very complex and in their structure and function . Its structure resembles the structure of the cerebral cortex. The shell of the retina is very thin - about 0.14 mm.
