Biker gangs have lawyers too! (or Hells Angels all fussy in Finland)

Hell's Angels get legal on copyright thieves
Helsinki - When graduating from a high school called Hellu, wearing a class shirt that reads "Hellus Angels" featuring a winged, helmet-wearing skull might seem cute - unless it's worn in a bar where Hells Angels members have strong feelings about trademark infringement.
After one student at the Helsinki school who wore the shirt was pressured to hand it over to two bikers at a local bar, the school received a request to collect all the remaining shirts and forfeit them to the Finnish chapter of the Hell's Angels motorcycle club, the Finnish newspaper Iltalehti reported Friday.
Once again, this isn't about confusion or market injury, it's about control. What a load of crap. I'm not too schooled on trademark infringement and I wonder if the four fair-use factors come into play in that area of IP law too... anyone reading this with a decent answer?
