CAIB to release 5 more volumes

The CAIB is planning on releasing five more volumes on Tuesday. I must say that I am in awe at the amount of work the Board went through to deliver such a comprehensive and spectacular report. While at the moment most attention needs to be paid to the material in volume one, it would be utterly foolish not to examine the remaining volumes for any signs of "normalization of deviance" (if you don't know what that means, take a gander at my forthcoming paper in Space Policy).
