    Don't fool yourself. The people at iplaw are just a bunch of recently graduated kids, not actual IP attorneys. And you'd be surprised if you knew the full extent of their technological gaffes. But, really, the reason that you are blocked is because they have no interest in supporting educational institutions or independent persons interested in the law. The free newsletter is just an enticement to an expensive subscription and, in their eyes, if you don't have a non-edu or free mail service account, then you aren't worth their time.
